Polly of California Footwear are High Heel styles that have an element of comfort.

The Shoes listed are from our inventory that was purchased when the original designer of POC was handmaking the shoes in California. He was an Italian shoe maker, who had an ingenious  design  similar to the rocker styles you see today.

These shoes feature:

  1. Quality leather uppers
  2. Padded, leather footbed
  3. Metatarsal Pad (to support the ball of the foot & to help the foot from sliding forward)
  4. Wood outsole stained in a maple color, including the shank of the shoe, similar effect to a metal shank for support.
  5. Forefoot is carved into a rocker style, to help propel the foot forward with each step, and is level to the heel to support the metatarsal on impact.
  6. Outsole has a rubber variegated piece for non slippage.
